How we work
Understand the business, build something small and useful, then improve it together.
1. Discover
A conversation, not a questionnaire. We learn what you sell, who you sell to, and how the work moves through your business today. We look for the places where people re-type, chase, copy between spreadsheets or wait on each other, and agree which one is worth fixing first.
2. A focused small project
We pick one problem and solve it properly: a single piece of working software you can use, with a clear scope agreed before we start. The first one can be free, so you can judge the work before you commit to anything.
3. Iterate
From there we build in small steps. Each change is shown to you on a test copy first, then goes live when you are happy with it. Up to a day of development a month is included in the £399 + VAT monthly plan, alongside support and care of your systems. You decide what comes next, there is no minimum term, and because everything is in your name you can leave at a moment’s notice.

The same checks on everything
Whoever or whatever wrote a line of code, it goes through the same process before it reaches you:
- Automated tests that run on every change, so something that worked last week still works.
- Review by an engineer of everything the AI writes. Nothing is merged unread.
- A test copy of your system where you try each change before it goes live.
- Full history in version control, so every change can be seen, explained and undone.
- Backups of your data, and a restore we have actually tried.
